I wanted to let you know how much we have enjoyed our chairs we bought from you. I got the Perfect Chair and my wife got the HTT10. Your service was quick [and we are in SC]. We have now had these chairs for 7 years and I have to tell you that I am impressed with the quality of these chairs. We sit in them every night for at least 4 hours. The message chair is continually running and we have had no problems. Just a quick note, chair arrived Thursday, the 31st of January, in "Perfect" condition. My wife is very happy and comfortable (she just wishes the "Perfect Chair" was available in a smaller size, since she is 5'2" and 105lbs.) She is thrilled and enjoying it none the less.
