Thank you VERY much for sending me the receipt for my chair. I owe you one. I would also like to take this time to tell you just how much the I-Joy has helped me. I have chronic back pain due mostly to a major motor-cycle accident and also from sheer hard living. I see a pain specialist on a regular basis, but the I-Joy has relieved at least 50% of the mysery that I have been going through for many years. Now when I am having a particularly bad day with my back, I sit in the chair for one 20 minute session and am able to function again. This is not a chair for someone who wants some "mamby pamby" vibrator massage. This is for the person who needs their spine manipulated back into proper alignment. I've never felt the need to thank any manufacturer for anything before, but I believe that you deserve at least this much. Thank you again.

I ordered on a Monday and it arrived on Friday! I was so shocked. There was no damage at all....packed extremely well. The drivers called about 30
minutes before they arrived to make sure I was home. I was so glad I was in! I allowed my husband and children to \'test drive\' it and then it was Mine All Mine! haha

Erin's superb customer service
I would like to applaud the level of commitment to customer service shown by Erin during a recent issue I had with a product purchased from Vitality Web via eBay. Yeah, Erin!
On May 26th, I bid on and purchased a factory refurbished iJoy300 massage chair and an iJoy ottoman 2.0 on Bay for my father. He had sat in my chair and absolutely had to have one of his own! Since he is not very Internet/eBay savvy, I made the purchase and had both items shipped to my home. I delivered the chair and ottoman to him a week later and, upon opening the box, discovered one of the wheel housing assemblies was broken. I was amazed it could be broken – the packaging was superb and undamaged.
I sent an email via eBay Messages and received a quick response – both from drtomy via eBay and directly from Erin. I provided the information Erin requested (invoice number) and was quickly updated with the status of my request. Erin kept me informed every step of the way as she spoke with the manufacturer and ordered the replacement parts to be shipped promptly and directly to my home. Erin even supplied the UPS tracking information so I could monitor the progress of the shipment! They arrived on my doorstep before the end of the week.
Even after the replacement parts were shipped, Erin made inquiries as to my progress in getting the broken part replaced in the chair. This showed a genuine level of concern on her part which made me feel valued as a Vitality Web customer. J
Through this entire process, Erin was helpful, friendly, and very easy to deal with. She made herself available for my questions via both email and phone. I can only assume this is typical of her level of commitment toward customer satisfaction. I hope you can do something special for her in the near future. She is a valuable asset to your business.
