Got the chair today and am enjoying it already. Outside of a tiny scratch of one the plastic bits on the upper back side I’d think it was a new chair.

I had talked with another gentleman at Vitality Web as well and you both were far more helpful than Human touch, plus your website is better.

I purchased a chair from Vitality Web made by Human Touch. I bought the top of the line massage chair and after 2 years, I had a problem with a structural component of the ottoman. Since the original chair was no longer being made and the manufacturer warranty was in place, I was delighted to find out that the Human Touch would replace my chair with a new model. I spoke to Terrie from Vitality Web whose passion for customer service is a shining example that is rare. As a result of this, I can say with confidence Vitality Web would earn my repeat business.

Terrie contacted the manufacturer directly, called me to keep me updated on the replacement status, and then followed up to make certain I was happy. Human Touch should also be commended on standing behind their products. However, I feel if I bought this chair from somewhere else, I would have been the one making phone calls . Instead, I had incredible customer service from Vitality Web, my new chair is fantastic, and I feel like I bought a great chair from a great Retailer. My new chair is the HT 1650, and there is nothing like this on the market. I have tried the other brands, and this is the most complete massage chair . In addition, the original purchase and the replacement were both delivered quickly. Terrie-thank you for standing behind the products your company sells and for Outstanding Customer Service!

Great service, great product!

I received my HTT-10-CRP today, which was incredibly quick and timely, since I actually purchased it as a surprise for my husband's birthday next week. He's out of town until then, so I uncrated it, stored the boxing materials, and "assembled" it, almost all in one go. I did call for help on attaching the seat cushion, but while on the phone I figured out I had put the front edge to the back, and so, just reversed it. Voila! The best part was that I got to test it after reading the manual - ahhhhhhh. The chair could use an eject button to get users back their feet again, though. Very tempting just stay there.
