I wanted to email you to let you know what a great job Hannah did for me. As an Active Duty Naval Officer and Director of three companies, I interact with people in every strata of management.
When I had an issue with some broken chairs that I had been shipping back and forth with my household goods for the past several years, Hannah recommended several excellent options, followed through on the option that was most convenient to me (shipping boxes to me), and then kept me informed every step of the way.
Despite the fact that she was waiting on parts and that the repair of the chairs was delayed to issues beyond her control, she expedited shipping so that we could have our workchairs ready before the beginning of the workweek.
What an excellent employee, and what a phenomenal customer experience for me.

I placed this order on Monday; I did not remember the name of the sales person with whom I spoke but it may be Terrie (as per the emails). In any case, I wanted to tell you how very grateful I am for her wonderful assistance. Of course, a sales person is expected to know \"the business.\" But above and beyond that, she was very understanding, compassionate even, about my \"emergency\" back pain situation, and completely understood the urgency of getting the right chair to me as soon as possible. Of course the chair was there waiting when I got home yesterday (3 days--wow!). Terrie was patient with my questions, understood and analyzed my issues (the person\'s height, adjustability of the chair, severity of the pain, etc.) and made sure I got the right product. It is customer service like hers that marks the difference between a competent business and a truly excellent one. You should be proud that, because of her, yours falls into the latter category.
